Doris Andrade

Doris graduated with a master’s degree in English, literature and social studies, and began her career as an English teacher. In 2010, Doris joined a long-standing loss adjusting firm in Paris, first assisting adjusters on commercial property claims and then evolving as a claims technician to handle a wide range of domestic claims, including overseas holiday home losses, travel insurance claims, and product liability/third party administration cases, including on behalf of major original equipment manufacturers’ insurers. After that, Doris evolved as a claims coordinator and billings manager within a major international aviation loss adjusting and risk management company. Since joining Sedgwick in August 2024, in her current role as claims support manager, Doris oversees the aviation department’s operations and provides support to the regional director and surveyors in respect to all case-related matters throughout the life cycle of a claim.
