James is a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) B1 licensed aircraft maintenance engineer who has 16 years of commercial aircraft maintenance working as a mechanic, certifying engineer and maintenance supervisor. His experience includes line maintenance, heavy ‘C’ checks, major repairs, modifications, reconfigurations and lease returns. In 2019, James transitioned to adjusting and has since acquired a wealth of experience through handling an expansive range of general and commercial aviation claims including engine ingestion, third-party damage, runway excursions and total losses throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
