Jayson Varela

Jayson is a licensed airframe and powerplant (A&P) mechanic with more than 15 years of experience in commercial aviation maintenance, specializing in both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, including the Airbus A320 family, the Boeing 737 and the Boeing 747. He possesses extensive expertise in project management, aircraft on ground (AOG) recoveries and budget management. Nearly two years ago, Jayson transitioned to the field of aviation insurance adjusting, where he has been responsible for managing various hull and spare part claims for major cargo operators, with claim values ranging from $100,000 to $15 million.
