Karen Keyes

Karen is a casualty loss adjuster who has more than 30 years of experience in the handling of personal injury claims. She joined Sedgwick in October 2021 following a long and illustrious career with Arnold & Green, which Sedgwick acquired. In Karen’s current role, she is involved in the day-to-day investigation and claims handling of personal injury claims and deals with files from the cradle to grave on a wide variety of employers’ and public liability claims. Karen is the dedicated claims handler on the prestigious account of an airport management, travel retailing and aviation consultancy company that operates airports in Dublin and Cork. Her portfolio also includes, but is not limited to, claims arising in the hospitality and retail sectors
