Katherine Hay

Katherine is an experienced loss adjuster who first worked as an adjusting executive in Sedgwick’s major loss team before being promoted to an adjuster role. In addition to her domestic major loss specialisation, Katherine has a wide range of experience in catastrophe response work, including domestic and commercial catastrophe claims, having been seconded to the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2018 to handle claims arising from a hurricane.
