After working in an insurance brokers and mutual Insurer, Michael began working in loss adjusting in 2000 primarily dealing with special investigations, joining Sedgwick in 2007. Since 2014 Michael has specialised in handling domestic major and complex losses including high net worth claims. Michael is a holder of the associateship of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
