Neil was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Sedgwick UK in October 2023 and leads the UK Executive team. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from September 2019 and has served the company for over 19 years in various senior operational leadership roles. Before joining the company, Neil was a loss adjuster and started his adjusting career in 1989.
In his role as CEO, Neil has responsibility for over 2,500 colleagues based in the UK and oversees our Global Aviation Team. Neil is based at the UK headquarters in London.
