Sarah Fitzgerald

Sarah has worked at Sedgwick and the Insurance industry since 1998 gaining years of experience, first as an administrative assistant for the Claims Underwriting, Home, Foreign and Latin American operations, and currently as a Claims Underwriting Operations Manager. She has expertise in Underwriting and the requirements for the TPA services that we offer. In her current role, Sarah manages client accounts, handles claims within authority levels, assists with claim payment processing, management reporting and communicates with brokers and other various stakeholders. In her previous administrative role, Sarah gained experience and knowledge that included complex placement billing, liaising with internal and external clients and account reconciliation.
