Arthur has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including working for law firms, insurance companies and loss adjusting companies. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Arthur was the claims manager at a rural insurance company. He specialises in complex losses, first-party property claims, third-party property damage, liability and environmental (including damage and liability) claims. Arthur is a qualified chartered legal executive.
