Conrad Hak

Conrad has been a Sedgwick employee for more than 15 years and has four decades of experience as a loss adjuster. He specialises in major and complex losses, business recovery, telecoms and technology losses, utilities, commercial property and automotive claims. He currently acts as manager of his region’s major and complex loss team. Conrad has extensive experience in the identification and resolution of policy coverage, managing multiple location risks and leading major loss teams and business recovery initiatives in the UK and overseas; he has also handled major catastrophe losses arising from hurricanes and floods in Thailand. He served two terms as president of The Insurance Institute of Stoke on Trent.
