Darren has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held multiple senior operational, technical and management roles. He is currently responsible for the investigation and handling of complex liability claims. Darren specialises in catastrophic injury claims, fatal accidents, workplace accidents, stress, bullying and sexual abuse claims, as well as complex and high-value claims for local authorities and utility companies. Additionally, he has expertise in products and pollution, public liability and employers’ liability claims. Darren has handled claims related to a wide range of sectors, but has particular expertise in the construction, retail and food and drink industries.
