David McIntyre

David has more than three decades of experience working as a liability claims investor. He specialises in motor, complex losses and employers’ liability, including disease, stress, construction injury and asbestos, public liability (including pollution), and product liability claims valued up to £1 million in both Scotland and England. David also has experience in the complex area of sexual abuse claims. Additionally, he has been involved in the preparation and presentation of technical training materials on various subjects including claims defensibility.
