David Summers

David spent his first 20 years with Sedgwick Dubai handling major and complex losses throughout the Middle East, Africa and Asia. This included many high-profile property losses (property damage and bodily injury), and he helped build a team of adjusters, engineers and surveyors there. He also established a separate area of expertise in fine art and specie losses in the region. David then returned to London in 2017 where he set up Sedgwick’s global fine art and specie practice, coordinating the response to losses and risk surveys. He continues to handle both property and fine art and jewellery losses in the United Kingdom and overseas.
