I have delivered significant transformation and change projects backed up by an expert operational and technical knowledge across both high value property and casualty claims. I was previously Chair of the Association of British Insurers Property Claims Steering Group and adviser to the UK Joint Home Office and ABI (Association of British Insurers) working parties on Flood Re-insurance; Riot Damage Act Reform and Responses to Catastrophic Losses.
