John Armstrong

John has more than 35 years of experience as a loss adjuster and currently acts as director for Sedgwick’s Midlands region in the UK. He specialises in commercial property, construction, major and complex losses, catastrophe planning and quantity surveying. Additionally, he has expertise in the reinstatement cost of listed and historic buildings, handling large building portfolios and providing expert witness advice to courts and trainings. John is a chartered loss adjuster and a chartered quantity surveyor and has been a part of the winning team for the British Insurance Award’s major loss award four times.
