John Eves

John is a major and complex loss surveyor with nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Sedgwick’s major and complex loss division before transitioning to the specialty division, where he specialises in surveying, latent defects and caddling claims. He and his team handle claims portfolios for several building warranty clients and provide technical services to other clients and branches of the business. With his latent defect claims experience, John is an expert in cause diagnosis, assessment of policy coverage, validation, quantum, settlement and recovery. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
