Katherine Hay

Katherine is an experienced loss adjuster who first worked as an adjusting executive in Sedgwick’s major loss team before being promoted to a development adjuster role. In addition to her domestic major loss specialisation, Katherine has a wide range of experience in catastrophe response work, including domestic and commercial catastrophe claims, having been seconded to the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2018 to handle claims arising from a hurricane.
