Mike has more than 30 years of loss adjusting experience and currently acts as director of a major and complex loss team. In addition to major and complex losses, he specialises in commercial property and has handled several multimillion-pound claims in the real estate, manufacturing and retail sectors. Mike has additional expertise spearheading business recovery initiatives, leading major loss teams and managing multiple location risks. He has ample experience in international response to catastrophes and high-profile incidents, including hurricanes, several widescale floods and the 1996 Manchester bombing. Mike has served in both managerial and leadership roles and oversees a range of technical and operational responsibilities. In addition to winning several customer services awards, Mike was previously nominated for The British Insurance Awards’ major loss award.
