Richard specialises in commercial property, construction claims and major and complex losses. He is a dual-qualified chartered building engineer and chartered construction manager and has vast experience handling building defect diagnoses. Richard manages a portfolio of claims, assists property adjusters in complex property claims and diagnoses and provides surveying support.
