Robert is a chartered loss adjuster and certified insurance professional who has nearly 15 years of industry experience in various technical roles including claims management, fraud investigations, commercial underwriting and loss adjusting. He has been involved in multiple catastrophes and has adjusted claims across various specialty classes, including commercial business packages, industrial special risks, business interruption/consequential loss and property liability. Additionally, Robert is the recipient of multiple awards from both the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA) and currently serves as a councillor for AICLA’s Victorian division.
