Sarah Fitzgerald

Sarah has more than 25 years of experience working for Sedgwick, first as an administrative assistant for the claims underwriting, home, foreign and Latin American operations, and currently as a claims underwriting executive. She has expertise in underwriting. In her current role, Sarah manages client accounts, handles claims within authority levels, assists with claim payment processing and reporting and communicates with brokers and other various stakeholders. In her previous administrative role, Sarah gained experience and knowledge that included complex placement billing, liaising with internal and external clients and account reconciliation.
