Simon currently acts as divisional director of construction risks and has more than 35 years of loss adjusting experience, 25 of which have been dedicated to the construction sector. He has extensive knowledge of the specialist market. He specialises in construction and engineering claims, contractors all risks, construction liability and PFI claims. Simon also has expertise in contract interpretation, including JCT and NEC contracts, as well as DE and LEG exclusions.
