Áine Lavery

Áine is a senior casualty loss adjuster and business development lead with 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Áine owned a claims management business for 17 years, where she provided a tailored claims management service that included loss adjustment, claims investigation, direct settlement, represented settlement and fraud investigations across private motor, fleet, employers’ liability, public liability, professional indemnity, property and business interruption lines. Prior to that, she was involved in media sales management. From 1995 to 2005, Áine held the role of advertising sales manager at a leading Irish newspaper. Her skillset and career path perfectly combine the professions of loss adjusting and sales. In her current role, Áine manages a portfolio of 150-175 files across employers’ liability, public liability and motor lines, while developing new business and maximizing existing business.
